STK666 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions
• Inability to verify a member's identity or age within the specified timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies
• Account closure at member's own request
• Activation of a self-exclusion programme by a member

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining funds may be forfeited subject to the outcome of STK666's internal investigation. Members have the right to appeal within 14 working days from the date the closure notice is received.
